I’m Nathan, the founder of Notorious Suites. I’ve always been hands-on, and always been driven to build. My journey in construction started with hands-on work in commercial projects, before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Project Management to refine my expertise. From there, I worked through small-scale residential to commercial construction, honing my skills in real-world project execution.
With experience came growth—I earned my Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, then moved into mega-projects, managing hospitals, skyscrapers, and large-scale developments where scheduling precision, budget control, and quality standards were non-negotiable.
But I saw a gap in the residential market. Too many builders lacked true project management expertise, leading to cost overruns, delays, and poor communication. That’s why I started Notorious Suites—to bring a higher level of professionalism, efficiency, and craftsmanship to basement suite construction in Calgary.
